voor veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid op de lange termijn. Maar hoe maakt u de juiste keuze met zoveel soorten, maten en trucs van de handel? Marine vertinde koperdraad heeft hogere waarden van 32V of 50V nodig. Overspanning van een stroomonderbreker voor DC-spanning brengt het risico op uitval of brand met zich mee. Tarief voor 125% van draadcapaciteit als veiligheidsfactor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Interrupting_Capacity\"><\/span>Onderbrekende capaciteit<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Weergegeven als &quot;iC&quot; of &quot;IC&quot;, dit is de kortsluitvastheidslimiet van de schakelaar in kA (duizenden amp\u00e8re). Hogere iC verwerkt zware stroompieken veilig zonder contacten te lassen. Gebruik iC die de maximale kortsluitstroom van het circuit matcht of overschrijdt indien mogelijk. Dit beschermt de bedrading in storingsmodi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Breaker_Quality\"><\/span>Kwaliteit van de breker<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Goedkope onderbrekers kunnen onder belasting uitvallen of door booglassen dichtslaan. Kies voor topmerken als Blue Sea Systems, Reliance of Westmarine voor duurzaamheid. Overweeg onderbrekers met afgesloten deksels en trillingsbestendigheid voor maritieme toepassingen. Autocircuits hebben onderbrekers nodig die bestand zijn tegen motorwarmte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"DC_Current_Circuit_Breaker_Types\"><\/span><strong>DC-stroomonderbrekertypen<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Er zijn een paar veelvoorkomende breaker-stijlen voor DC-circuits: thermisch-magnetisch, lithium-kobalt-charge-breakers, hydraulisch en PTC solid state. Elk heeft voor- en nadelen, afhankelijk van de toepassing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Thermal-Magnetic\"><\/span>Thermisch-magnetisch<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zeer gebruikelijk vanwege de lage kosten, deze combineren een temperatuurgevoelige bimetalen strip voor overbelasting met een elektromagnetische spoel voor kortsluitingen. Resetten door de regelknop te draaien na trippen. Eenvoudig maar stevig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lithium_Cobalt_%E2%80%9CCharge-breaker%E2%80%9D\"><\/span>Lithium-kobalt \u201cladingbreker\u201d<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Unieke lithiumbatterijchemie handhaaft een stabiel maximum van 3A totdat de spanning daalt en dan snel uitschakelt. Geweldig voor hoge inschakelbelastingen zoals ruitenwissers. Geen aanpassing, geschikt voor auto&#039;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hydraulic_Circuit_Breaker\"><\/span>Hydraulische stroomonderbreker<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Olie-ondergedompelde contacten koelen langzamer af dan bimetalen, dus het kan hogere stromen langer aan totdat het hydraulische mechanisme uitschakelt. Het beste voor ernstige overbelastingen, maar duurder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"PTC_Solid_State_Circuit_Protection\"><\/span>PTC Solid State Circuitbeveiliging<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Polymere PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) thermistormaterialen beperken zachtjes de stroomsterkte om schade aan componenten te voorkomen in vergelijking met een abrupte onderbreking. Veiliger maar lagere 5-25A capaciteit dan mechanische opties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sizing_Breakers_Correctly\"><\/span><strong>De juiste maatvoering van brekers<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>DC-onderbrekers worden gedimensioneerd op basis van de American Wire Gauge (AWG)-classificaties van de bedrading die wordt beschermd. Zwaardere diktes verwerken meer stroom voordat ze oververhit raken, dus de onderbreker moet die volledige capaciteit toestaan. Gebruik bedradingsschema&#039;s om de ampaciteit voor elke maat te controleren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verminder altijd de stroomonderbrekers tot 125% draadcapaciteit als extra veiligheidsmarge om hinderlijke uitschakeling door motorpiekbelastingen te voorkomen. Overweeg om meerdere kleinere onderbrekers te gebruiken in plaats van \u00e9\u00e9n grote onderbreker om storingen gemakkelijker te isoleren.
