Een elektrisch probleem dat wordt veroorzaakt door een overbelasting of een kortsluiting, wordt een kortsluiting genoemd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vroeger verdedigden we ons tegen overstroom met zekeringsdraad (we verkochten het zelfs!) Het concept was simpel: een overstroom zou de zekeringsdraad fysiek &quot;opblazen&quot; door hem snel te verhitten en te laten smelten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tosunlux.eu\/nl\/category\/power-distribution-system\/?s=circuit%20breaker\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MCB&#039;s<\/a> breiden deze functionaliteit uit door niet te worden vernietigd tijdens een overstroom en dus herbruikbaar te zijn. Het is ook aanzienlijk gemakkelijker te gebruiken, met de eenvoud van &#039;aan of uit schakelen&#039; voor de circuitisolatie. Ze zijn veel veiliger in gebruik en bediening omdat de geleider dan in een plastic omhulsel is ondergebracht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het is belangrijk om te weten dat MCB&#039;s mensen niet beschermen tegen elektrische schokken die worden veroorzaakt door &#039;aardlek&#039;. Dit kan gebeuren in de keuken als de waterkoker, vaatwasser, elektrische kookplaat, magnetron en blender tegelijkertijd worden gebruikt. De MCB op dit circuit schakelt de elektriciteit uit, waardoor de kabel en de aansluitingen niet oververhit raken en vlam vatten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kilo Amp\u00e8re \u2013 Kortsluitwaarde (kA)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kortsluitingen worden veroorzaakt door een storing in een elektrisch circuit of apparaat en kunnen zelfs schadelijker zijn dan overbelastingen, omdat de schaal en snelheid van overstroom op een andere schaal liggen. Wanneer de fase- en neutrale geleiders rechtstreeks worden aangesloten, gebeurt dit. De elektrische stroom snelt rond in het circuit in een lus zonder de weerstand die wordt geleverd door de normale circuitintegriteit, waardoor de amp\u00e8re in enkele ogenblikken duizenden keren wordt vermenigvuldigd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanwege de koppeling tussen standaardspanning (240 V) en typische vermogens van huishoudelijke apparaten, mag de kortsluitstroom niet hoger zijn dan 6000 amp\u00e8re. Bij gebruik van 415 V en grote apparatuur in commerci\u00eble en industri\u00eble omgevingen zijn echter MCB&#039;s met een nominale waarde van 10 kA vereist. De maximale potenti\u00eble foutstroom die de MCB kan weerstaan terwijl het circuit nog steeds wordt losgekoppeld, wordt weergegeven door deze waarden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Struikelcurve<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De &#039;Tripping Curve&#039; van een MCB staat echte, en soms noodzakelijke, stroompieken toe. Om de traagheid van grote motoren in commerci\u00eble toepassingen te overwinnen, hebben grote machines doorgaans een eerste stroomstoot nodig boven hun gemiddelde werkstroom. De MCB staat deze kleine piek toe, die slechts enkele seconden duurt omdat het veilig is om dit gedurende zo&#039;n korte periode te doen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Typical_Uses_for_Domestic_MCBs\"><\/span><strong>Typische toepassingen voor huishoudelijke MCB&#039;s<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoewel elke installatie uniek is en altijd ter plaatse door een volledig gediplomeerde professionele elektricien moet worden gepland, volgen de meeste huishoudelijke bedradingsschema&#039;s de volgende richtlijnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verlichtingscircuits met een vermogen van zes amp\u00e8re<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grote verlichtingscircuits met een vermogen van tien amp\u00e8re. Elk stuk huishoudelijke apparatuur en machines verbruikt een aanzienlijke hoeveelheid energie, waardoor veiligheidsmaatregelen nodig zijn bij het gebruik van elektriciteit. Stroompieken kunnen spanningsveranderingen veroorzaken die buitengewoon schadelijk en gevaarlijk zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miniatuurschakelaars zijn kleine apparaten die fungeren als controlemiddelen in het geval van een stroomstoring. Wanneer het een overbelasting of een stroompiek detecteert, schakelt dit apparaat het elektrische systeem uit. Verschillende soorten MCB&#039;s kunnen worden gebruikt in uw huizen en bedrijven, afhankelijk van de aard van de elektrische toepassingen. Miniatuurschakelaarcircuits zijn ideaal voor woningen en gebouwen met beperkte elektrische infrastructuur. Hier zijn enkele toepassingen voor MCB&#039;s die u misschien nog niet hebt overwogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Elektrische panelen in huis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om woningen te beschermen tegen overbelasting, worden miniatuurstroomonderbrekers gebruikt. Ze zijn betrouwbaarder en veiliger dan zekeringen vanwege hun vermogen om enorme hoeveelheden elektriciteit te beheren. Een van de belangrijkste voordelen van een MCB is dat het ervoor zorgt dat elektrische energie gelijkmatig over alle apparaten wordt verdeeld.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Verlichting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elk huis heeft een geavanceerd verlichtingssysteem. Deze kunnen helpen bij de effici\u00ebnte distributie van elektriciteit door de verlichtingssystemen van het huis. Vergeleken met gewone gloeilampen gebruiken fluorescentielampen bijvoorbeeld veel elektriciteit om te werken. MCB&#039;s komen in deze situatie te hulp. MCB&#039;s helpen ook bij het behoud van de kwaliteit en veiligheid van gloeilampen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Toepassingen in de industrie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In zowel kleine als grote bedrijven kunnen miniatuurstroomonderbrekers voldoende veiligheidsmechanismen zijn. In een ideale wereld zou de meeste industri\u00eble apparatuur een voeding van maximaal 30 kA nodig hebben. In dit geval is het vervangen van oude zekeringen door MCB&#039;s vereist. MCB&#039;s spelen een cruciale functie in commerci\u00eble faciliteiten, door de effici\u00ebntie van toepassingen en installaties te waarborgen door de energiestroom te optimaliseren. Hotels, supermarkten en bakkerijen maken er allemaal gebruik van.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Verwarmingen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MCB&#039;s zijn een betrouwbare veiligheidsoptie, vooral als u verwarmingen in uw huis of kantoor hebt ge\u00efnstalleerd. Verwarmingen zijn over het algemeen gevoelig voor overmatige spanningsschommelingen, omdat ze zo&#039;n grote hoeveelheid elektriciteit van de hoofdvoeding verbruiken. Deze gevallen kunnen worden vermeden door de juiste installatie van een kleine stroomonderbreker. Miniatuurstroomonderbrekers zijn er in verschillende vormen en maten, elk in staat om een specifieke stroombelasting aan te kunnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.
